Samuel Solana

Associate Attorney

Samuel Solana was awarded his Bachelor's degree at The University of Texas at Austin in 2008. He received his Juris Doctorate at Texas Southern University- Thurgood Marshall School of Law and became a licensed attorney in the State of Texas in 2012. He was admitted to practice Federal Law in the Southern District of Texas in 2018.

At his previous employment, he worked tirelessly for the community in Cameron County, Texas, serving as an Assistant District Attorney for 2 years before starting a private practice. Coming from a prosecutorial background, he understands the urgency of resolving criminal matters in a competent manner.

In the course of Law School he became a member of the Board of Advocates, The Innocence Project and participated in mock trial, focusing on trial advocacy and ensuring the implementation of due process.

Since arriving at Morales Law Office PLLC, he has been working with the indigent community in Williamson, Hays, Caldwell, and Travis County to assist in providing quality criminal representation to individuals that may not have the resources to adequately represent themselves in criminal proceedings.

Mr. Solana believes it's a blessing being in a position where he can help ensure that all accused are afforded proper due process and aggressive representation.
