Novert Anthony Morales
Novert A. Morales earned his bachelor’s degree from Southwest Texas State University and his law degree from Texas Southern University. He has been in private practice since 1995 and is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas. He is admitted to practice before the Western, Northern and Eastern United States Federal District Courts as well as all State Courts. Novert Anthony Morales is a member of the American Trial Lawyer Association, The Midland County Bar Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a former President of the Midland County Young Lawyer Association, and a former Director with the Texas Young Lawyer Association of the State Bar of Texas. He is currently a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas and is on the Bar Leadership Team with the ABA / YLD.

Rick Anaya Navarrete
Rick A. Navarrete received his bachelor’s degree from Angelo State University and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law . While at Texas Tech, he was inducted into the Board of Barristers, an intra-school organization recognizing the top advocates within the school. He was named to the 2000 National Mock Trial Team, a group comprised of four advocates chosen to represent Texas Tech University in national competitions.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (and is currently awaiting admission to the Western Federal District Court of Texas.) He is a member of the Midland County Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyer’s Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association.
